Jamie Sackman has been working in the Bakken oilfields for over 20 years, bringing extensive hands-on experience and industry knowledge to every project. He has a strong understanding of client needs, particularly when it comes to safe, efficient, and timely rig moves and specialized hauling operations.
Jamie is committed to delivering solutions that prioritize safety, performance, and reliability, ensuring each job is completed to the highest standard. His experience and dedication make him a trusted partner for clients operating in the demanding oilfield environment.
Nathan Thomas
Crane Superintendent and Crane Inspector
Nathan Thomas brings over 17 years of oilfield experience and is a key leader in Northern Energy Services’ crane operations. Holding multiple NCCCO certifications, Nathan leads the NES team on all crane-related projects, ensuring each lift is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.
Recognized for his expertise and attention to detail, Nathan is highly regarded in the industry for delivering reliable, high-quality results. In addition to overseeing crane operations, he performs annual crane inspections for companies to help meet regulatory requirements and maintain compliance.
Jessica Odermann - Grove
Office Manager
Jessica Odermann- Grove serves as the Office Manager at Northern Energy Services, bringing over eight years of leadership in operational and administrative management. She oversees the company’s core business functions, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring financial accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across all departments.
With extensive expertise in oilfield billing and revenue processes, Jessica plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. In addition, she leads all employee onboarding and human resources functions, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a seamless experience for both new hires and existing personnel.
